Our servicesPractical guide · talks
Choose a talk to engage your team.
A talk is more useful when it addresses a question the audience actually faces. Start with the goal of your event rather than choosing a theme solely for its appeal.
Define the conversation you want to open
Do you want to launch a transformation, stimulate management thinking or create a conversation about happiness at work? Clarify the questions participants face.
Also identify the audience: leaders, managers, HR professionals or teams. Examples and the level of detail should suit their responsibilities and experience.
Connect the theme with the context
Happiness at work explores purpose, trust and the conditions for sustainable performance. Positive leadership examines management practices. Organisational transformation connects a vision with everyday realities.
A preparation conversation helps adjust the angle, language and questions addressed. Sensitive aspects of your context should be identified before the talk.
Plan what comes next
Allow time for questions or discussion if the format permits. Invite participants to identify an idea to explore further or a practice to try.
A talk can be followed by a workshop or ongoing support. The arrangements, language, duration and delivery conditions are agreed during preparation.
